The base pay starts at 10.50-12.50 but the earning potential can be from $15-$28 dollars an hour.

Inbound/Outbound call correspondence with consumers
- Work with consumers on payment options
- Submit and follow up on requests for research and account verification
- Document calls and update applicable information in CRM
- Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with multiple regulatory agency guidelines
Requirements:
- Customer Service background
- Driven, self-motivated
- Amicability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adjust workflow
- Experience working with computer systems
