Congratulations to my buyers on purchasing their first home!

I appreciate you trusting me throughout this journey!

We were able to close this transaction in two weeks even with using a down payment assistance program, so my buyers did not have to worry about coming in with a down payment. I was able to find a program that helped them cover the entire down payment. They only had to worry about their closing cost and luckily their realtor, .pricilla, was able to get a closing cost credit from the seller!
