Congratulations, Bea, on the purchase of your new GORGEOUS home in Norfolk, VA‼ She's one of my coolest, favorite clients! I met her speaking at the Virginia Beach library about what it takes to obtain a home loan 🏫👩‍🏫🏡. She's SO sweet❗
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
AND... she was able to obtain our Rent-No-More home loan which... get this... is a 30-Year Fixed-Rate CONVENTIONAL Mortgage Loan with NO Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI). You read that right. No PMI❗AND... her Interest Rate was 3.5% (APR: 3.556%)…excellent rate & APR, if I do say so myself ❤! 😃 AND she saved $1,000 over 3 months, in a Dollar Bank savings account, and Dollar Bank GIFTED her $3,000 to put toward her down payment, which in her case had to be 3%. It's a part of their 3-2-1 home savings plan. 3% is the maximum down payment, 0% is the minimum down payment. It's a Dollar Bank specific product which focuses on giving back to the community that we serve and have a presence in.

Sales Price: $150,000
Appraised Value: $158,000
Loan Amount: $145,500
Cash To Close: Only 1,101.96!

Of course it was ❤‼ The attorney that closed her loan said, in all his 25+ years of real estate law practice, he's never seen anything like it! He probably said that 3 or 4 times during the closing. It's all so amazing. I've closed 3 of these types of loans so far. It's an AMAZING product‼‼ If you're interested in purchasing, please hit me up. I promise you won't regret it. For that particular loan, there are certain requirements but I'll be able to tell if you would be able to obtain the Rent-No-More home loan and if not I'll be able to place you in the best loan for you! 🙂❤

Even the attorney said he's NEVER seen an interest rate that low. 😎👊
