Common Questions I get asked:

-Do I need a real estate license? Answer: No real estate agents represent buyers and sellers. Investors own and control properties.

- Do I need to have money and credit to buy properties? Answer: No. I learned from an expert how to do deals using none of my own money or credit. I don’t even use my own gas to cut checks to contractors.

-Is there a lot of risk in real estate? Answer: Traditionally blows the stock market away! I know it’s the safest investment out there and there's even strategies that NO risk at all! Aside from risking your time on YouTube, books, podcasts and forums with conflicting information for the next 5-10 years trying to figure this all out when you could be working with me and our group on a direct path. Along with misinformation comes losing money. Two things mitigate your risk DRASTICALLY and that’s the right knowledge and the right network.

-Do I need to quit my job? Answer: Absolutely not.. Real estate investing can be the PERFECT side hustle, I do it this way myself.

I found that in addition to the work, I enjoy helping folks get into this industry the absolute best way possible. When someone says Hey Jerry, I just did this short-term rental; Hey Jerry, I am doing this flip; Hey Jerry, I just picked up these Buy and Hold properties; Hey Jerry, we just wholesaled this deal etc. That is what fulfills my sense of purpose. It’s not just about me. It’s about you.
