‼️Chat please help me in congratulating my client Nicole on purchasing her home 🥳

Nicole came to me about 3 years ago telling me she wanted to become a homeowner. We sat down, I explained the whole process to her and what she specifically needed to work on and she set out to accomplish her tasks.

Then a year ago, she reached out again to say she was ready to purchase but wanted to buy the house she was renting. Well that didn’t work because the owner wasn’t ready to sell but a year AFTER saying no, they came back to Nicole and said yes we will sell our home and we will give you the first opportunity to buy it and that’s exactly what we did!

Through the numerous setbacks and NOs…Nicole stayed persistent following through on all instructions and delivering everything the lender asked for. I continued to encourage her and ensured her that what’s for HER will be for HER.

Being a single mom will have you accomplishing things you never thought would be possible in order to ensure your children are good! Nicole is an example of that and I’m proud of her!

🎊Congratulations to my clients The Websters…we are closed 🎊

I’m always grateful but I get extra grateful for my repeat clients❤️

The Websters brought this home with me in 2021 and they decided they were ready to downsize and enjoy a more simple life that does not involve the upkeep of a home. So we found them a new suitable place and put this home on the market. We were under contract in a week and half and we closed 2 days early. Super easy and smooth transaction and not because selling real estate is easy but because I’ve been selling real estate for 11 years and I know what I’m doing 😉
