An exclusive military distributing agency and broker to DeCA and all exchanges worldwide since 1966. In this respect, Bisek & Company, Inc. Bisek & Company, Inc.

acts as a "wholesaler" for manufacturers by purchasing their products on special terms previously agreed upon. Products can be presented to DeCA and Exchanges without delay utilizing military distributors already established. handles all invoicing of products to DeCA. Only true marketing costs are added to the Bisek & Company, Inc. purchase price to establish the military selling price. (Marketing costs include brokerage commissions, military distributors' fees for warehousing and FDS deliveries, shelf stocking if applicable and Bisek & Company, Inc. minimal ROA management fee.) is an active EDI trading partner with DeCA, AAFES, NEXCOM, military distributors and several manufacturers. If a manufacturer desires to manage his own ROA, Bisek & Company, Inc. can provide brokerage services for DeCA East only (territory from North Carolina thru Maine). The manufacturer can then appoint other regional brokers directly and will be responsible for managing their territory. In this event, the manufacturer will be required to establish agreements with various military distributors and also establish a trading partner agreement with DeCA.
