If a manufacturer desires to manage his own ROA, Bisek & Company, Inc. can provide brokerage services for DeCA East only (territory from North Carolina thru Maine). The manufacturer can then appoint other regional brokers directly and will be responsible for managing their territory. In this event, the manufacturer will be required to establish agreements with various military distributors and also establish a trading partner agreement with DeCA.
