Not every major project begins with a blank slate. Some reimagine familiar urban spaces and give them new life. Tempo by Hilton at Pembroke Square is one such example.

The construction of Tempo by Hilton marks an important stage in the transformation of Pembroke Square from a traditional shopping center into a modern mixed-use district that brings together residential, hospitality, dining, retail, entertainment, fitness, public spaces, and new opportunities for businesses.

Today, the Tempo building has reached its full height. Façade, mechanical, and interior work is underway, and with each new phase, the hotel is helping shape the new architectural identity of Pembroke Square in Virginia Beach.

In the heart of Virginia Beach Town Center, a new story is steadily taking shape — Tempo by Hilton at Pembroke Square.
Behind this project are the ideas, expertise, and daily dedication of a strong team: Pembroke Square Associates, Pembroke Realty Group , Landmark Hotel Group, R. Clay, Speight • Marshall • Francis, Kimley-Horn, and Core 22 Design Build LLC.

Construction is approaching the halfway point, and with each new milestone, the hotel moves closer to its planned opening in early 2027.

We are excited to gradually share more of the story behind this future destination for guests, gatherings, and memorable experiences in Virginia Beach.

At Pembroke Realty Group, our "AI Training Series 2026" continues. Today, as part of our summer internship program, our interns - Lucas Varverud, Luke Shinofield, and Elton Bower, took the stage as speakers.

They prepared thoughtful presentations, shared their ideas with the working group, and demonstrated strong skills in presentation development, public speaking, and professional communication.

The session brought together a practical business perspective on AI with the viewpoint of a younger generation that naturally applies technology in learning, work, and communication. That combination made the training more dynamic, relevant, and rich in real-world examples.

We are proud to see our interns grow professionally, take initiative, and bring fresh ideas, confidence, and technology-focused thinking to the company.

Palace of Pickleball brings Virginia Beach’s first dedicated indoor pickleball facility to the community, creating a year-round destination for players of all ages and skill levels.

🏓 More than just a place to play, Palace of Pickleball creates a welcoming indoor space where the community can stay active, connect, and enjoy the growing sport of pickleball.

The grand opening celebration also marked a meaningful moment for the Virginia Beach community, featuring Mayor Bobby Dyer and an official ribbon cutting ceremony.

At Pembroke Realty Group, we are excited to welcome the Palace of Pickleball family to Timberlake Shopping Center and provide a space where this dynamic recreation concept can serve the Virginia Beach community.
