We had multiple scenarios when looking to buy vs build and she was willing to provide us with every potential option depending on what we decided to do. All throughout the process she was sure to keep us updated with where things were at with our loan and making sure to answer any questions that we had as first time home buyers. There were many issues and delays with our builder, but when it got to the finish line and things were getting wrapped up very quickly, Kim and her whole team jumped right in to make things happen for us so that we could enjoy our new home before the holidays.
