Here's how I'd do it:

Start with coffee at in the Vibe District, then take a walk along the North End to shake off the week.

Brunch at inside The Cavalier. The garden-to-table menu hits every time. Then linger a little longer with cocktails in The Raleigh Room. That historic lounge has a vibe like nowhere else in Hampton Roads.

Wrap it up in Virginia Beach (Virginia's Garden) with pastries from at Hilltop Plaza. The croissants alone are worth the trip. Browse the shops while you're there too.
