Today the Feds announced another rate hike of .25%. What does this mean for buyers who are on the fence deciding whether or not now is a good time to buy?

My take.. Sellers are still willing to make concessions and with interest rates pulling back (they were 7+% in October), we will see more and more buyers come off the sidelines. If you are considering buying a home, I recommend you take action soon to get ahead of the spring market.
