We have been an employee benefits consulting firm since 2007. Having worked on the Carrier side of the group Health insurance industry for over 9 years, we brought our knowledge over to the group side to help our clients navigate through the ever changing Health insurance world. We will analyze your companies current employee benefits need and advise and implement plans that are best suited for y

our company. Just recently we have launched into Employer Wellness. For years we witnessed wellness programs implemented into our clients by Wellness vendors only to fail or fizzle out. We thought since we already had the relationship with our clients and wellness is a direct correlation to employee benefits, we had an invested interest in healthy employees. We call it "The Trojan Horse" effect, while we are in there already consulting on your benefits, we are going to make your employees healthy too. How do we do it? We set up a monthly Wellness fund that can carry over each month. We partner with different health and wellness businesses and they become our preferred vendors. We are able to get discounted rates from these vendors due to our marketing of their businesses to large groups, and we help fund the entire process. It is a win win win for the company, the employee, and the health vendor. The company gives their employees healthy lifestyle options to partake in, the employee can try new health and wellness activities that we set up and facilitate. The best part, it is little to no cost to the employee. The thirds win, is the health vendor gets new clients without marketing to them. Companies love this because healthier employees cost less, and are more productive.

WELLU Benefits Tennis league is a wrap for the 4.0-4.5 2022 Summer league! Congrats to Mike Heisler and Bill McClanan for being crowned champions. They lost first set and came back to win the next 2!
