I make sure they understand their options, talk through various loan programs, and help them choose the best option to suit their needs. There are many variables to consider when purchasing a home, including how long a homebuyer plans to live in the home, unique financial circumstances, and other costs. I’m an available resource every step of the way.”

Licensed in Virginia and North Carolina, Jim has the skills to guide any homebuyer through the mortgage process. Jim is involved in several community organizations. He volunteers for Roc Solid Foundation to help build hope for kids fighting cancer, Knights of Columbus, which sponsors the Special Olympics every year, and the Judaic Christian Center (JCC) to help gather, prepare, and serve food to the homeless. In addition, he is a member of the Tidewater Mortgage Bankers Association. When he’s not working hard for his clients, he enjoys kayaking, target shooting, riding ATVs, hanging out at his Cabin at Leesville Lake, and spending time with his sons, Landon and Chase.
