Flip #2 is finally done! Just a few touch-ups left before we list it. This was a labor of "love" but it turned out beautiful!

Floor refinishing in progress. In the home stretch of flip number two!! Doors, trim, exterior paint, touch ups on the inside and a good cleaning then back on the market she goes!!

Making some progress on flip #2 while we await the insurance money for flip #1 (see previous post: car vs house). We are actually a little further along than some of these pics, but figured I hadn’t updated in a while so I wanted to share something in the way of progress!

So we had an eventful morning! In the wee hours of the morning, a car failed to negotiate the turn in front of the house, crashed into it, and fled the scene leaving the car embedded in the house. The neighbor called the police and a report was filed but now we are left to sort this out.
