This week, I had the privilege and honor to speak at TalentWorks. Northwestern Mutual's Leadership Conference at their headquarters in Milwaukee. As the Retention and Development Co-Chair of the Military Field Advisor Committee (MFAC), I was able to share my experience at NM transitioning between 3 different offices the past years. We had great discussions around how NM can help military veterans start their own financial planning practices as advisors as they transition to the civilian world.
Having found our home at NM in Central PA, I'm grateful to share my story and give back to other veterans who want to own their own business in the financial planning industry. NM is the best place to do that.
Cheers to the other folks from NMEPA - Andrew Wallover, Joanna Hales, Corin Dundore, Alley Witt, Charlotte Earley, Alyssa Pagano, Kaylyn Lay, Morgan Channing, Jenna Potter, Sarah Fedor, Kelsey Przekop and Ellie Redick, who I had the pleasure of getting know on this trip and our vision of future growth. It was also a pleasure to meet up with my fellow MFAC Committee Members and former brothers in arms, Nate Manning, Peter Hofinga, and Jorge Santana, and pave the way for veteran and military success here at NM. If you are in the military or a veteran looking to transition to your next chapter, NM is the place to be. Cheers to a bright future ahead and furthering my leadership role within NM.
