In 1986, Carol's husband, Danny, heard an ad for Rockingham Group on the radio, and asked her to call to have an agent come visit them. Danny and the Rockingham Agent immediately hit it off and Carol and Danny came on board as part time agents for the Rockingham Group. In 1988, Carol changed to a full time Exclusive Agent for Rockingham. In 1996 Carol opened the office on Hardy Road in Vinton, whe
re they currently operate from today. Members of her family have worked with her, truly making this a family run agency. In 2008 her daughter-in-law, Debbie, joined as an agent, and then in 2011 her son, Stacy, joined as an agent. Debbie opened a second office location in Moneta to better serve the community.
