As we approach the 25th anniversary of September 11, we invite the community to join us for our Patriot Day Ceremony of Remembrance beginning at 5:00 pm at the Vineland Fire Department Headquarters. We honor the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the spirit of unity that continues to define our nation.

But Patriot Day is more than a day of remembrance, it is also a National Day of Service. Let us also honor those we lost by coming together, serving others, and strengthening , our community.

Van Halen Nation is bringing the excitement and energy of a “Diamond” David Lee Roth era Van Halen concert to Giampietro Park on Saturday, September 19, at 7:00 pm! This dynamic, high powered tribute has been entertaining crowds of casual and hard core Van Halen fans for over a decade. VHN features their large-scale stage production of Van Halen’s 1984 stage plot. Each performance takes you back in time to the “totally awesome” 80s and makes every seat in the venue feel like you’re in the front row. All the classic VH hits and deep cuts are performed with the subtleness of a red-hot flamethrower.

All normal collection days during the week are moved up one day, Monday will be picked up Tuesday, Tuesday will be picked up on Wednesday, etc. Anyone with questions can call the Solid Waste Department at 856-794-4089.

Join the City of Vineland Finance and Purchasing Departments and the Vineland PAL for the Vineland PAL Golf Outing on Friday, October 2, 2026 at Running Deer Country Club located at 111 Parvins Mil Road in Pittsgrove!

Enjoy a fun day on the course while helping raise funds to support the Vineland Police Athletic League and local youth programs. Registration is at 8:00 am (Breakfast Included), golfing from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm which will be followed by lunch. As the new year begins, I want to thank each of you for the dedication, compassion, and hard work you bring to our students every day. Your commitment to providing a safe and inspiring learning environment makes a lasting difference in the lives of our children and their families.
