The City of Vineland invites residents and visitors to join in two exciting community events this June that celebrate achievement, culture, and community spirit.
On Friday, June 19, the City will host its annual Juneteenth Community Celebration beginning with a Flag Raising Ceremony at 11:00 a.m. on the steps of City Hall, located at 640 E. Wood Street. Following the ceremony, the celebration will continue in the adjacent parking lot from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The event will feature live entertainment by DJ Flair, a variety of food trucks offering a diverse selection of food and refreshments. The community is encouraged to come together to honor the significance of Juneteenth and enjoy an afternoon of music, food, and fellowship.
Later in the month, the City will celebrate the accomplishments of local graduates during the Class of 2026 Graduation Bash on Saturday, June 27, from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Vineland High School, 2880 E. Chestnut Avenue. The event welcomes graduates of all levels, from kindergarten through advanced degree programs, along with their families and friends. Attendees can enjoy music provided by DJ 4Diamondz, DJ Domo, and Riva & Bianca, along with a variety of food trucks to enjoy. Graduates will also receive a complimentary framed 5x7 commemorative photo courtesy of T&F Camera.
Both events are free and open to the public. Residents are encouraged to attend and take part in these special celebrations that showcase Vineland's commitment to community, culture, and recognizing the achievements of its residents.
