They were able to explain the loan process in great detail in ways us first time home buyers were able to understand. Scott's team was very personable and supportive while still being professional, which we highly appreciate. We will be reccomending Ruoff to our friends and families.

My closing cost and everything ended up being covered on how he had it figured and I didn't have to put anything down besides the earnest money I put down in the beginning which made the whole process smooth and stress free on the money aspect. The whole thing was a smooth and easy experience.
