We recently had our Annual Christmas Party (yes, it may be a little early but it’s one of our favorite events!), and we had the opportunity to recognize two team members with special honors.

Tyler Kroeger was named our Sales Rep of the Year, and Travis Hunt received our Lu Wilson “Employee of the Year” Award. 🏆

Congratulations to Tyler and Travis on these well-deserved recognitions! We’re grateful to have you both on our team, and we appreciate everything you do for our agency, clients, and community.

Serving as a vital connection between our agents, insurance carriers, and clients, this team handles a wide range of responsibilities including answering client questions, processing policy endorsements, issuing certificates of insurance, and helping ensure important requests are completed accurately and efficiently.

Often considered the backbone of our commercial insurance operations, this team works diligently to keep things moving forward while building strong relationships with our clients and businesses we serve. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, knowledge, and dedication help create the trusted customer experience that Burkhart Insurance is known for.

🌟First Impressions & HR🌟

At Burkhart Insurance, creating an exceptional experience starts the moment someone walks through our doors or picks up the phone. Our First Impressions and Human Resources Teams play a vital role in supporting both our clients and employees every day.

As the friendly faces at our front desk, Travis Hunt and Mike Thomas greet and assist clients every day. Their knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help ensure every interaction starts with a positive experience.

Supporting our employees behind the scenes is Emily O’Connor, our HR Manager, who leads the agency's HR and communication efforts. From recruiting and onboarding to employee engagement, she helps support our team members and foster a positive workplace culture.

This team of four plays a critical role in the success of Burkhart Insurance. Their attention to detail helps ensure policies are issued correctly, accounting functions are done accurately, and important information is processed efficiently.

Nichole is the Accounting Department Manager and Brianne, Hope, and Logan are Accounting Associates/Policy Processors. While much of their work happens behind the scenes, their impact is felt throughout every department. They help keep our agency operating at its best every day.
