Another successful closing today! Thank you for trusting me, listening to my advice, and following the strategy I recommended.
Instead of selling their townhouse first, we used the equity they had already built by opening a HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) on their current home. That allowed them to purchase their new single-family home first, move in comfortably, and then list their townhouse for sale afterward.

Chúc mừng anh chị đã mua được ngôi nhà mơ ước của mình.
Hồ sơ closing trong vòng 20 ngày — tưởng chừng sẽ bị trễ do bão tuyết tại Virginia nên việc schedule appraisal đã chậm trễ hơn dự kiến.

Nhưng với sự phối hợp và tốc độ làm việc của team Jenny, chúng tôi vẫn hoàn thành đúng tiến độ và anh chị ký giấy tờ đúng ngày.

👉 35 + 35 mà ra 610 thì là lỗi toán hay lỗi con người? 🤯

Thư ký đòi tiền sếp vì sếp nợ 35 đồng, cộng thêm 35 đồng nữa.
Tưởng đâu đơn giản chỉ là 70 đồng, ai ngờ sếp tính rất tự tin và rất có lý lẽ.

Theo cách tính của sếp: 5 cộng 5 là 10, nhớ 1 thành 11, rồi 3 cộng 3 cộng thêm 1 nữa…
Kết quả cuối cùng sếp khẳng định chắc nịch: tổng cộng là 610 đồng.

Thư ký nghe xong đứng hình, không biết là mình đòi nợ sai hay đang gặp cao thủ toán học cấp vũ trụ.
Vậy theo mọi người, 35 + 35 thật sự là bao nhiêu?
