Today our team celebrated as a first time homebuyer received the keys to her first home. Those moments are important to relish because what our team at Fairway strives to do everyday really makes a difference in someone's life! She is active duty military and has worked hard to get to this moment. Along with her Realtor's guidance and our "Military Mortgage Specialist" certification & expertise we were able to finance her home purchase with a NO $ DOWN VA loan.....AND....even got 100% of her earnest money deposit back at settlement. A dream come true for her! So privileged to serve her just as she serves our country each and every day.

Happy New Year! Check out housing predictions for 2014! Overall, supply will have a hard time keeping up with demand. Please reach out to us if you know anyone looking to purchase a new home this year!

With a dramatic increase in demand for housing expected this year, it will be up to real estate professionals and builders to make sure there is the necessary inventory to satisfy this demand. This will be a challenge for much of 2014.
