Federal reserve chair Mr. Powell have been telling us every meeting he is going to lower the interest rates, but nothing happens , Now he has promised to cut the rates in sept but who knows if it’s going to happen or not . So, people who have HELOCs at prime plus 1 or 2 they are sitting on double digit interest rate.
