🏡Is your home insured with Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies? Did you receive a letter that made you panic this week?
👌Well we don't want you to panic - GUARD is pulling out of the Personal Lines market nationwide. This means they will no longer be offering Homeowners Policies as of October 2024. However, they will be insuring your home until your policy is up for renewal.
Also, they have entered into an agreement with Foremost Insurance to provide renewals offers for their current homeowners book. Most agencies have been offered these Foremost options, including First Choice!
We are going to be watching for those as they roll in and will requote with other carriers for you as needed. We have been told that they will be offering renewals with very minimal increases. 🤞🤞 Fingers crossed that is the case. This is a very hard market we are in. We believe this offer, from a trusted name in the industry, will provide the best option for our Guard clients at this time.
