Happy Birthday to the boss man!

Two years ago, he woke up, put on his State Farm shirt , and said “Oh my gosh, I have to get to work! My policyholders will need me!” He soon discovered he was blocked by trees everywhere and no way to communicate. But he was dressed and ready to go.

Here’s a little more about Mike: he earned his risk management and insurance degree from FSU , where he received the insurance department’s highest award. He also holds two professional designations : CLU and CPCU.

He began his career on the corporate side of State Farm as a fire claims adjuster before joining the disaster team and traveling across the country handling catastrophes. He is always ready to help whether it is climbing a roof, meeting adjusters, or reviewing estimates given to a policyholder —-can AI do all that? There is a reason his ladder is a permanent fixture in his truck. 🙂

Toombs County has been home for over 25 years. He loves serving his policyholders and community. Just a few weeks ago, someone even snapped a photo of him changing a tire on Adams Street.

Happy Birthday, Mike!

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Labor Day marks one of the country’s busiest travel periods — which is why Georgia Department of Public Safety (DPS) leaders gathered Tuesday morning to share tips on how to navigate the roads.

During last year’s travel period, 15 people died in Georgia traffic accidents.
