This news is from the City of Hesperia, I am just passing it along for information because I'm sure it could cause some delays.

Construction along the Ranchero Corridor is scheduled to begin May 11, 2022 and will continue for approximately 18 months. Improvements during this period include widening Ranchero Road from two lanes to four lanes with a center striped median, demolishing the existing bridge structure and constructing a new bridge over the DWR aqueduct, replacing existing culverts, installing three signalized intersections, and relocating approximately 2.8 miles of water line.

Roadwork will generally take place Monday through Thursday from 7:00AM – 5:00PM and Fridays from 7:00AM – 4:00PM. During construction, there will be posted detours, limited access and temporary access closures for general traffic. Access for emergency vehicles and businesses will be available at all times.

With construction underway, residents can expect regular project updates from the City and important closure notices. For more information, please contact the City of Hesperia at 760-947-1020.
