Responsibilities:
- Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Verify applicant information including employment, income, and identity.

- Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to obtain any additional information or documentation required for loan processing.
- Prepare and organize loan files in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Submit complete and accurate loan packages to sales representatives for final approval.
- Coordinate loan closings and ensure all closing documents are prepared and executed correctly.
- Maintain open communication with all parties involved in the loan process to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in loan processing or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of lending processes, regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review complex documents accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan origination software.

In-Take Specialist – Part Time

Organized and very detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
Receive incoming mail and distribute to the correct department.
Create incoming files for all deals received.
Accurately document receipt of titles and file and store titles upon receipt from State DMVs or Dealers.
Professionally and respectfully communicate with customers, dealers and sales reps to obtain needed documents.
Support team members within the department.

Title Clerk – Full Time

Organized and very detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
Professionally and respectfully communicate with customers, dealers and sales reps to obtain needed documents to complete the title process.
Prepare, process and distribute titles packets out to the states for processing.
Support team members within the department.
Update the required programs and files with each deal.
Previous title experience is a plus.
Full time position comes with the following benefits: health/dental/vision insurance, 401k, PTO.

Closing Coordinator
Prepares loan documents and funding packages, prepares state title or USCG documentation packages, requests wire transfers once all closing stipulations have been met. Collects all paperwork and coordinates scheduling for buyers/sellers/dealers/brokers. Includes working with multiple nationwide lenders and sales reps. Great communication and upbeat approach are necessary!

Administrative Assistant
Assists the Funding Manager and company Controller with daily tasks, including maintaining monthly reports, bank notices, managing company emails/faxes, etc.
