It is with profound sadness that we share the unexpected passing of our founder, Bob, following an extremely brief illness.
Bob spent his career helping people protect themselves and their families, but to him, insurance was always about much more than policies. It was about service, relationships, trust, and taking care of people.
That philosophy became the foundation of A Better Solution Insurance Services and will continue to guide us moving forward.
Over the past year, Bob had already stepped back from the day-to-day operations of the company and was primarily focused on our Group Business division. His daughter Michelle has been managing the day-to-day operations of the agency, while his daughter Danielle has been managing the Group Business side. Together, they are well prepared to continue the company Bob built and to carry forward the values that meant so much to him.
Our offices remain open, our team remains fully available, and our commitment to our clients has not changed.
If Bob has personally served as your insurance agent, please know that you will continue to be well cared for. We will be reaching out directly by email and letter with information regarding the agent who will be assisting you going forward.
We are deeply grateful for the love, prayers, kindness, and support that have been extended to Bob, our family, and our team.
Bobโs presence will be deeply missed, but his legacy of service, integrity, and caring for people will remain at the heart of A Better Solution Insurance Services for many years to come.
