Lance Woleslagle, Mortgage Broker Full service residential mortgage and real estate broker. Lance was born and raised in Southern California. In 1998 he married his soul mate.

At an early age he was attracted to the ocean and surfing. In the mid-90's he became a professional surfer in the burgeoning longboard re-emergence. This gave him the opportunity to travel and challenge himself competitively. Together they moved to Santa Cruz, CA and both attended San Jose State University. In 2001, he graduated with a degree in International Business. Having family roots in real

estate investment, he began his career in the mortgage industry directly out of college in 2002. In 2007, he joined the Emerald Funding team. Today, Lance lives and works within the Ventura/Oxnard, CA community. His time is spent working as a wholesale mortgage broker. He and his wife adore raising their two active daughters. In addition to his Real Estate and National Mortgage licensing, Lance holds a Coast Guard Captains License and is an EMT. He is active in the community and periodically provides service as a Harbor Patrol Officer with the Ventura Harbor Patrol. Lance continues to surf and loves spending a day at the beach with his family, friends and clients! He finds joy in helping people plan and reach their goals, be it home ownership, funding life's events, and overall wealth management.

Consumers Are Confident The Conference Board reported on Tuesday that its Consumer Confidence Index rose to 82.3 in March, well above the 78.2 expected and up from the 78.3 registered in February.

Existing Home Sales Rebound The National Association of Realtors reported today that Existing Home Sales rose by 1% from November to December to an annual rate of 4.87M units, which was the first monthly gain in three months.

Strong news for the housing market!

CoreLogic reported this week that completed foreclosures continued to decline across the nation. There were 48,000 completed foreclosures in October, down 30% from the 68,000 completed in October 2012.

This is good news for home mortgage interest rates...

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose by just 1% in October on a year-over-year basis, the smallest increase since the fall of 2009 as inflation at the consumer level continues to remain tame. CPI measures the changes in the prices paid by consumers for goods and services.
