The Jaffe Team is a mortgage planning team with offices in Ventura, CA. Our team is led by David Jaffe with more than 30 years of industry experience and over $4 billion in closed residential mortgages. Our role is to help our clients integrate

their mortgage financing into their overall long and short-term financial goals. Our vision is to partner with our clients each step of the way from initial consultation to closing and create a “Raving Fan” experience. Our team is expert at reviewing the client’s plan and matching the right loan product to their unique needs. Unlike an 800 number call center which may be a thousand miles away, we are local and available. We are different—different from a retail bank. We offer a variety of products providing flexibility. Once a transaction is complete our job has just begun. We proactively manage our client’s mortgage by staying in touch to ensure they are getting a loan that fits their needs. With our “Rate Watch” program, annual mortgage survey, and annual consultations our clients know that they always have a consistent team of mortgage professionals supporting them. David Jaffe, who is married with two children, enjoys sports, triathlons, and loves to travel. His favorite place to travel?—anywhere! David especially enjoys the tropics.
