Many families like mine have been taught to hold on to money too much to save it for future preferences and although that is a good plan, most of the time people hold on to money because they don't have a better understanding on how to make a better decision with the cash they hold on to

If you want to be wealthy, you need to become proactive about it, such as learning how to invest into a business or real estate, where your money can grow into something more

Because becoming wealthy requires you to invest,

and you can't save your way to financial freedom

If you have a real estate property, you can get another property in the next 12 months

Most people think that you need to have a property for more than 12 months before you can start renting it out

People are always making this mistake 🀐

I have found that having a plan has helped me prepare better for the future such as putting a date on when you want to purchase your next home.

Here's why you need to start earlier on that thing you've been wanting to do

Most of the time, when we start learning and being invested in things, we actually learn the process required to get to where we're at today,

such as working out at the gym, or learning to drive the car

There's almost really no "good timing"

Sometimes you just need to start

I mention this to my clients all the time where I relate that I wish I started earlier on investing on a property

Eventually, you learn the things you need to learn to move forward with what you want anyways

Realtors are giving out these information to their clients, but the clients may or may not know this. .

Currently in the market realtors are advising their clients to overbid on their properties listed price

Whether that be $20,000, $30,000 or more over the listed price

However, most of these clients will never really understand what's going on as far as when will they break even or when can they recoup
