As a driving school 80% or more of our cost is associated with auto insurance. This is a good indication that the auto market will continue to harden which will drive rates up and make underwriting guidelines tighten up. If you should get non renewed by the main carriers the cost of auto insurance could rise anywhere from 50-200% depending on what state your in, and loss experience/loss ratios.

Make sure this gets incorporated in your cost moving forward.
