πŸ₯€β€οΈ Daughter points just went WAY up!

My daughter Allie is in town and stopped by today to bring me a Burgerville Oregon Strawberry Shake. πŸ“πŸ₯€

How thoughtful is she?! ❀️

I'm pretty sure this is what they mean by quality time… especially when it comes with a milkshake. πŸ˜‚

Now I need to know…

πŸ‘‡ What's YOUR favorite Burgerville shake?

πŸ“ Strawberry
🍫 Chocolate
🫐 Marionberry
β˜• Mocha

Or is there another one I'm missing?

🌧️ FIRST RAIN REMINDER

πŸš— That first rain after a dry stretch can make the roads surprisingly slippery!

When rain first hits the road, it can mix with oil, dirt, and other buildup that has accumulated during the dry weather. That can make stopping and turning more difficult than you might expect.

A few reminders for that first rainy drive:

β˜” Slow down and give yourself extra stopping distance.
πŸš— Leave more space between you and the car ahead.
πŸ’‘ Turn your headlights on so you're easier to see.
πŸ›ž Check your tires and make sure they have good tread and proper air pressure.
πŸ›‘ Avoid sudden braking, acceleration, or sharp turns.
🌧️ Be especially careful during the first part of the rainfall, when roads can be at their slickest.

A few extra minutes of caution can make a big difference.

Stay safe out there, Vancouver! πŸ’™

What’s your biggest rainy-day driving tip? πŸ‘‡

🚸 School’s Back in Session! πŸŽ’

That means more kids on the road β€” walking, biking, and riding the bus.

As you head out this week, slow down in school zones, stay alert, and keep an extra eye out for the little ones. A few extra seconds of caution can make a big difference.

And remember, safe drivers also tend to be well-covered drivers. πŸ˜‰

If you want to make sure your auto insurance is keeping up with your family’s needs, give me a call. I’m always happy to help!

β˜€οΈ MONDAY WEEKEND RECAP

Monday already?! 😳 Here's a quick look at a pretty awesome weekend.

πŸ˜‚ Friday night: Jeremy and I headed out to a comedy show. Nothing like starting the weekend with some good laughs and good company!

πŸ₯« Saturday morning: Cinto and I spent some time helping out at a local food pantry. It's always a good feeling to give back and help where we can. ❀️

πŸ₯‹ Then I headed over to support a friend at his jiu-jitsu tournament. It's always fun watching someone put their hard work and training to the test!

πŸ‘Ά Sunday was family time, including some much-needed grandbaby time! ❀️ That's always one of my favorite parts of the weekend.

🏍️ And to finish things off, Jason joined my son and me for a ride. Good friends, family, and some time on two wheels, not a bad way to wrap up the weekend!

Looking back, it was one of those weekends that had a little bit of everything: laughs, giving back, friends, family, grandbabies, and adventure.

Honestly, those are the weekends I appreciate the most. ❀️

Myth: One life insurance policy fits every stage of life.

These babies just graduated and were first starting out in life. πŸ₯ΉπŸŽ“

And spoiler alert… those babies are Steph and I. πŸ˜‚

Back then, our insurance looked different. Now we're in completely different stages of life, with different responsibilities, different goals, and different people depending on us.

That's exactly why your life insurance shouldn't necessarily stay the same forever.

Maybe you're just starting your career. Maybe you've gotten married, bought a home, had kids, built a business, or you're thinking more about protecting the future you've worked so hard to create.

Different stages of life can mean different insurance needs.

I love helping people take a fresh look at their coverage and make sure it still makes sense for where they are today, whether that means finding a gap, adjusting coverage, or simply finding ways to save.

If it's been a while since you've reviewed your policy, let's take a look.

Saturday adventures start with a safety check.

How are you soaking up the weekend? The Pacific Northwest is calling, whether you ride, paddle, or just explore.

Before you head out, double-check your gear and make sure your coverage is ready for your next adventure.

Did you guess it right? πŸ‘€

πŸ† The answer is B β€” Esther Short Park! 🌳

Located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, Esther Short Park is the oldest public square in Washington State, with a history dating back to 1853.

The park was named after Esther Short, one of the area's early settlers, and the land became an important gathering place for the community. In the early days, settlers used the area as a public meeting and gathering space, where people could come together for community activities, celebrations, and events.

Today, Esther Short Park continues that tradition as one of Vancouver's favorite gathering places, hosting farmers markets, concerts, festivals, community events, and more! ❀️

🌸 Fun fact: The park is home to the iconic Salmon Run Bell Tower, making it one of downtown Vancouver's most recognizable landmarks.

From a gathering place for early settlers to a vibrant community hub today, Esther Short Park has been part of Vancouver's story for generations! 🏑

Behind the scenes of what local service really looks like. 🀝

Whether it’s after hours or while we’re away on vacation, our clients know they’re never just a policy number.

Recently, Jason received an email from our claims team letting him know that one of our clients needed to file a claim. He picked up the phone to make sure everything was okay and to let them know he was there for them every step of the way.

Because when something unexpected happens, you deserve more than a claims hotline. You deserve someone who knows you, cares about what you’re going through, and takes the time to check in.

That’s what local insurance service means to us. ❀️

Whether you need help after hours, have a question while we're away, or simply aren't sure what to do next β€” we're here to help.
