🍀 Home Instead brought St. Patty’s Day a little early by providing delicious, corned beef and mashed potatoes for the March dance at the Luepke Senior Center!

D.J. David Child’s was in the house!!
He brought the energy and kept the dance floor alive, spinning the top favorites that every crowd loves. From start to finish, the vibes were high and the music was 🔥.

The wonderful ladies from Home Instead were dressed to the nines in green, each showing off a little leprechaun spirit as they served up an amazing spread for everyone to enjoy. Thank you for bringing such a festive meal and for also sharing your expertise about in-home care for anyone who had questions.

A big thank-you as well to Tami, Jana, and the volunteers from the Vancouver Community Centers, who always bring the cheer and community spirit to these events. The tables looked fantastic with shamrocks and fun festive touches!

As always, 1st CHOICE Advisory Services brought the set break raffle prize—Dinner in a Bag from Trader Joe’s! What a treat to leave the dance already knowing what’s for dinner.
Nathan’s smile can cheer anyone up—just try to frown around him!

I thought I would share some of the fun we had at Firstenberg Community Center for our February Dance to start your weekend off on the right foot… hopefully with dancing feet! 💃🕺
The dancing started early in the afternoon with the talented Music We Remember featuring Shaymus Hanlin Page. They had the floor full and the energy high right from the start!
A huge thank you to Jennifer and her amazing team from Shalom Hospice of SW Washington for the colorful and delicious lunch spread. It seemed like everyone was going back for thirds… and maybe even fourths — especially for those cookies! 🍪
They also shared valuable information for our guests about resources that may be helpful waaaay down the road. They truly are a wonderful resource in our community and are often present at events around Vancouver.
We even had a special surprise guest appearance… Mr. Heart! ❤️ The smiles in the room said it all — he truly brought an extra spark of joy during the band’s set break, just in time for the drawing of our Trader Joe’s “Dinner in a Bag.”
Thank you to Chrystna and Nathan 1st CHOICE Advisory Services for sponsoring the monthly parting gift for one lucky dancer. The raffle is always free and open to everyone! They’ve become such a special part of our Monthly Dance Team, along with the wonderful crew from the Vancouver Community Centers!
Jana and Tammy always have a way of bringing everyone together to make the magic happen. Tammy was missed this month while she was away celebrating family — we’ll see you next time!
