This loan started from a paid lead, turned into helping their parents, and now a refinance for their friend. That’s the kind of trust that means so much to me and truly keeps this business going.

Also… refinances are happening 👏🏼 We were able to help Kyle refinance, remove his mortgage insurance, and save him about $600 a month.

🤎🌴 Some people dream of Hawaii… and some people realize home is home. 🌲🤎

Huge congratulations to Joel on closing on his VA loan and making the move back to Washington from Hawaii. Someone else had told him he needed to secure a job before getting preapproved, but we were able to structure the loan differently and get him home using just his VA income, no added pressure of rushing into a job search during a major life transition. 👏🏽

So happy we could make the process smoother and less stressful. Welcome back to Washington and thank you for your service! 🇺🇸🏡
