Our first day of celebrating All in for Ag Education week ! We are proud to sponsor an ag book written by one of our own talented Lewis Countians Mitchell Tolle. Every 4th grader in all 4 elementary schools will receive one of his books, The Most Wonderful Dream . Laurel and Garrison were first ! Central and Tollesboro to soon follow. Check out the post from Lewis Co FFA’s Facebook to see what the 5th graders are doing . They got to check out the FFA shop and greenhouse and participate in activities led by the FFA officers . Awesome job by the officers ! Sending a big Thank You to them and Mr Clark for hosting ! They have Thursday and Friday and 3 more schools to go !

Kentucky Farm Bureau Scholarship application is now available online at www.kyfb.com/scholarships. They must be completed in one sitting and submitted by February 28, 2025 by 11:59 pm. Please utilize the scholarship checklist on the website to have all required information.

Information on Lewis County Farm Bureau Scholarships will be mailed to the guidance counselor on January 17 or can be picked up at the office.

ELIGIBILITY The Kentucky Farm Bureau Education Foundation will award county and state college scholarships to high school seniors for the current school year.  Scholarships may be applied to tuition, housing, books
