Our team members recently joined Greater Fort Wayne Inc.'s Women's Network Conference, The Inner Work of Leadership, for a day of inspiring speakers, interactive workshops, reflection and connection.

The biggest takeaway? During constant change and competing demands, investing in ourselves isn't a luxury, it's part of becoming better leaders.

Fall has officially blown in, and our team is dressing for the occasion! To have a little fun throughout the month of October, every Friday you'll see us sporting a new theme.

Last Friday, we got cozy in our favorite fall shirts and sweaters. This Friday, we traded cozy for game day and showed up repping our favorite teams and enjoyed a carry-in of our favorite tailgate food!
