We’re excited to support our community by donating red basketball nets to the Van Wert Parks Department as part of State Farm’s Red Nets initiative!

State Farm’s red nets are about more than adding a pop of color to the court—they’re a visible reminder of community, connection, and showing up for the places we call home.

🍎🚌 BACK TO SCHOOL = SLOW DOWN & STAY ALERT! 🚌🍎

School is back in session, which means more kids walking, biking and waiting at bus stops.

A few important reminders for drivers:

🚸 Watch for kids in crosswalks and along the road. Children can be unpredictable, so slow down and give them plenty of room.

🚌 STOP for school buses when required. When those red lights are flashing and the stop arm is out, kids may be crossing the road.

📵 Put the phone down. A few seconds of distraction can make all the difference.

🏫 Slow down in school zones and be extra cautious during morning pickup and afternoon dismissal.

❤️ Our kids are counting on ALL of us to help get them to school and back home safely.

Slow down. Pay attention. Stop for the bus. Protect our kids.
