Meet Erica Dombey
President & Executive Director, Regional Development Company
Erica Dombey is President and Executive Director of the Regional Development Company (RDC), a nonprofit Certified Development Company that helps small businesses access financing through the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 504 Loan Program. With a focus on business growth and access to capital, Dombey works with entrepreneurs, lenders, and community partners to help businesses secure the resources they need to invest, expand, and create jobs.
In 2024, Dombey helped establish the Northwest Indiana Regional Growth Fund, a community revolving loan fund designed to support businesses across the region. Her experience provides a valuable perspective on the funding opportunities available to businesses and the resources that can help drive economic growth in Northwest Indiana.
At The Future of Business 2026, Dombey will share her expertise on access to capital, emerging funding opportunities, and strategies businesses can use to position themselves for growth in an evolving economy.
