Announcement: Ron Luce named Associate Partner at Planning Legacies Financial Group

Orland Park, IL – As of Tuesday, August 4, 2026, Ron Luce has assumed the title of Associate Partner at Planning Legacies Financial Group (“PLFG” or “the firm”), effective immediately.

Ron has displayed immense value and leadership in his short time with PLFG. From reshaping processes, to leading the development and rollout of numerous marketing efforts, Ron has performed at a high level, and this title is reflective of his value to Planning Legacies Financial Group.

“We have been impressed with Ron’s growth over the past year, and we wanted to provide him with a title that reflects his newfound role in our leadership team moving forward,” says Russell Luce, Senior Partner at the firm. “As Associate Partner, Ron will be readily involved in day-to-day decisions, long-term growth planning, and own numerous organizational goals to support our projected growth.”

We are so PROUD to introduce Ron Luce as our New Insurance Specialist and Social Media Content Creator to the firm.

Ron has a background of 6 years in the Finance and Accounting industry, coupled with both a Bachelors and Masters degree from St. Xavier Univeristy.

In his spare time, he is preparing for his wedding this November, and is also is very involved with St. Xavier's Cougars Football team as the Offensive Line Coach where he previously played.
