This is a brief summary of our current listings:
1. Hwy 26; Valley Springs, CA - this is 12+ acres that has had about $350,000 of improvements, surveys, maps and such completed across this property, a commercial development across the street and two additional commercial lots. Hwy 26 was previously approved for 98 residential and 3 commercial lost and is listed at 1.9M and the Seller is willing to carry a portion of this if an agreement can be met. I think this would be best utilized as Townhomes/Condos or apartments - there is a great shortage of this type of housing. Along with residential and commercial sales and investments, we also manage properties so we can help you with that if needed. The additional two lots located next to/adjacent to the small shopping strip are also available - I don't have the price on those yet.
2. Diamond Villa - is a shovel ready property in Manteca for approximately 43 townhomes. It's listed for $4.1 - this Seller is also willing to work out Seller Financing with the right offer so it might be able to meet your price point objectives.
