Our growing agency in Valley Springs is looking for an experienced, positive, dependable team member to join us!

Requirements:

* Must currently hold a California Property & Casualty Insurance License, OR
* Have prior insurance experience and be willing to obtain your California Property & Casualty License within 30 days. (Employment will begin once your license has been obtained.)

Position Details:

* 📅 Part-time: Tuesday–Friday, approximately 5 hours per day *subject to change*
* 💼 Primarily a customer service role
* 💰 Commission opportunities available for the right person
* 📈 Growing agency with room for advancement

➖Full time opening only (M-F 8:30am-5pm)
➖No work from home opportunities at this time
➖Exceptional customer service skills are a must
➖No insurance experience required (but it’s a plus!)
➖New hire must be willing to obtain their insurance license within 60 days of employment.
➖Computer skills are required.
➖Hourly pay to be discussed, and will vary on experience.

The Primrose Insurance Agency is HIRING

🔅 PART TIME (Mon-Wed/8-5) with full time eventually being a possibility.
🔅No insurance experience is required but is definitely a bonus! New hire will be expected to obtain their insurance license within 90 days of employement. I will pay for schooling and licensing fees.
🔅Exceptional customer service skills are a must!
🔅Must eventually be open to making outbound sales calls, but this is not solely a sales position!
🔅Must have computer skills and be somewhat tech savvy

My main concern is finding someone that is eager to learn, trustworthy and motivated. Most of all, be a people person! My clients come first, and I expect them to always deal with someone polite, and committed to providing them with the absolute best service possible.
