Health is all about Mindfulness. Most of us walk through life without paying attention to the amazing things around us. What most of us focus on is the negative comments, viscous sound bites, or the next fix-all, etc. Most illness that are prevalent in our society are about our actions. How many of you think about looking on the back of the package to see what you are putting into or onto your body? How many of you wake up and stretch your muscles? How many of you sit for a few minutes of deep breathing through the day? How many of you get up from you desk and and stretch periodically? How many of these questions did you say no to?All of these questions have something to do with both Physical Health and Mental Health. Almost all of your Healthcare plans give you access to wellness programs. Most of them give you access to discounts on health and wellness products.
