Hello friends family and first time visitors, I would like to tell you a little bit about myself and what I am about. I am a Senior Loan Officer with Caliber Home Loans and have been working in home financing for over 28 years. I specialize in working with First Time home buyers as I love the challenges that come with putting the pieces together to secure the best loan for my clients. Living and working in Fairfield and Vacaville for most of my life has given me the insight needed to know the ins and outs of the down payment assistance programs offered by the City Of Fairfield,and the City Of Vacaville as well as the CALHFA programs offered by the State of California . I am also well versed in the FHA, VA, USDA and Renovation Loans. In my spare time, I enjoy horseback riding, trying to cook new recipes, and other outdoor activities both by myself and with my grandchildren. I have even ran a few marathons in support of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
