Cynthia’s idea came from her engineering background and thoughts about recycling—she wanted to build machines that could help recycle glass in a meaningful way.

There aren’t many businesses dedicated to recycling glass—especially because glass is hard to work with and very abrasive. Andela Products has persevered through design and evolution to make their equipment handle it.

Richfield Springs is described as a friendly, authentic village that’s grown from agriculture into a community with many talents. Andela Products is the only manufacturing company there—providing jobs and services locally.

Today, Jake drove out to Little Falls to visit with Brandon Mosher 🏡✨Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and the

My favorite part about real estate is the feeling and emotions buyer and sellers have when they’ve accomplished their goal—whether it be purchasing or selling 🥳🔑

People always underestimate how much they have to pack 📦😅 and how much they have to move into their new home whether buying or selling—and honestly, the best we realtors can’t fix that 😂🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

One time I took my shoes off at a showing in Remsen for a multi-family… 👞➡️🫣
…and when I went to put my shoes back on? One of the tenants’ ferrets was in my shoe!! 🐾🤣
That was definitely a funny talking point!

Today, Jake sat down with Corinne Rothdiener from Miner Realty and Property Management 💬🤝 for a great conversation—getting to know her and her love for helping people find their dream home 🏠❤️

Corinne shared: 🌟
1️⃣ My favorite part of real estate is the relationships I build with people. 🤗 Buying and selling a home is truly a labor of love 💪❤️ I never lose sight of how important the clients are that I work with every day. 📌👥

2️⃣ The main thing underestimated is usually closing costs and the timeline from offer acceptance to closing ⏳💸 That’s why great partnerships with local financial institutions are so important to help educate and prepare buyers 📚🏦✅

3️⃣ Something unexpected… 😳🐿️ When I showed up to view a vacant home with a client, I found a chipmunk in the kitchen! 🐹🌿 Luckily I arrive a few minutes early to get things prepared, so with a broom and some coaxing, I was able to get the critter out without incident! 🧹😄🙌

4️⃣ I would suggest any first time home buyers to make a list of needs and wants 📝✅ Your first home is never perfect, but having a planned list of non-negotiable items helps w**d out options 🌈🔍 and still ensure you’re reaching your goals 🎯🏡

5️⃣ One thing to know about me: I love performing 🎤🎶✨ Give me a stage, a microphone, and some music—and I am truly in my element 🕺🎵
