Customer Service Agent (CSA)
The incumbent would be responsible for delivering exceptional service to existing customers. Duties would include but not limited to in person, phone and e-mail connections with existing clients, processing changes, new policies, billing and claims questions. Attention to detail and service along with great comfort being on the phone are key attributes of this candidate.

Ideal Candidate will work 8-5 M-F in the office (Urbandale, IA) with a relaxed casual team work environment. They would have experience in P&C and L&H with BA/BS degree in related field. Experience can substitute for educational background.

We offer, competitive pay, relaxed work environment, paid PTO, and health insurance.
Salary Range- $45,000- $85,000 plus bonus (based on experience and background)
