Congratulations to Armina Arakelyan on her first GEM award! 💎
🥇Armina was recognized for her quick instincts and attentiveness in preventing a member from falling victim to a scam. By noticing that something didn’t seem right, asking questions, and involving her team, she helped protect the member from fraud. Armina also went above and beyond to help make our recent 60th Anniversary celebration special, from decorations to her delicious homemade desserts, creating a beautiful and memorable celebration!
🥈Tanya was recognized for tackling a difficult ATM outage, refusing to have it disrupt service for our members. She spent hours working with multiple vendors, navigating an issue outside her normal responsibilities, and persisted until a solution was found.
🥉With a tie for third place, Donna was recognized for stepping up to assist a member with debit card issues, providing seamless service and support for members and teammates. Chris was recognized for taking the initiative to educate a member about force-placed insurance with a homeowner’s policy, which made a huge difference when the member later experienced property damage but had the coverage she needed, thanks to Chris!
