Our priority is to provide high-quality escrow services, with a personable and professional touch. For your convenience, we are pleased to offer two locations, one in Upland and our second location in Victorville. For your safety and peace of mind, we ensure that all of your transactions are conducted in accordance with rules and regulations under the California Department of Business Oversight and we are bonded under the Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation. Maggie Waller, a native of Southern California, in the City of Upland, opened Stone Creek Escrow, Inc. In 2005, Stone Creek Escrow birthed its second location in Victorville. As a proud holder of our State’s “Professional Designation”, awarded by the California Escrow Association, Maggie obtained the prestigious title of “Certified Escrow Officer” in 1976; and has continued to provide exceptional Escrow Services consistent with her high level of integrity, ethics and outstanding values to both the public and the industry. In addition to her 44 years of practice, Maggie loves to devote her time and energy to train, educate and safeguard the well-being of the industry and those persons involved in the escrow profession. She currently serves on the Board of the Escrow Institute of California, wherein she has served consecutively for the past 6 years. Other positions held during her career include Regional President for two consecutive terms with the California Escrow Association, as well as holding a variety of broad positions during her 41 years of uninterrupted membership with CEA. Additionally, her career also includes having sold residential and commercial real estate and continues to hold a California Real Estate Broker’s License and the development of the “Escrow Travelers” in 1992 in order to provide temporary escrow vacation relief to the industry. Stone Creek Escrow, Inc. and its employees are instilled with the same belief and values of our founder.
