PLEASE READ!! Customers will be receiving their homeowners' renewals in 2026. In these renewals, you will also see a Notice of Cancellation.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND YOUR POLICY IS NOT CANCELING.
The Department of Insurance is mandating this. Amendatory endorsements will be implemented in Pennsylvania effective on all renewals in 2026. As required by the state, the revision for the changes are treated as a non-renewal with offer (NRWO). With each renewal package, two copies of a NRWO letter will be included allowing the policyholder to request the PA insurance commissioner to review this action. The Department of Insurance is making us send these out because some verbiage has changed on the policy. This makes it very CONFUSING. Therefore, there is not better time to call us, set an appointment and lets review this policy, along with your other policies. CALL US WITH QUESTIONS!
