This is a national average for mortgage rates today! This is wild it will be interesting to see what the future holds. High home prices, taxes, insurance, and mortgage rates are pricing most people out of homeownership. The average first-time homebuyer today is 35-36 years old. Until oil prices come down rates will stay high to combat inflation. Something has to give.

A different kind of call for Tooele County Search and Rescue today after an adventurous dog wandered into a mine — and couldn’t find his way back out.

Search and Rescue volunteers went in and safely brought the pup out of the mine and back to his family.

Nice work by the Tooele County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue team! 🐶❤️
