Have to make your Open House rounds as a lender, so it’s always a plus when it’s with a great Real Estate agent at a house close to home. And today’s open house did not disappoint! Plenty of groups coming through at a house that will definitely go quick at 699K. In between tours and c***r donuts I caught up on the biz with Joshua Papka and learned a lot today.

You can be funny while still being an absolute professional in real estate who always has their clients’ backs. Ask the right Questions, be Enthusiastic, be Genuine, be someone who always does right by who they represent over themselves.

Today marks 7 years with Ulster Savings Bank! I can’t believe how time flies, although I take a look at this original headshot and I look like a baby! I feel like one of those real estate agents who haven’t changed their headshot since the 80s… it’s crazy to think I’m becoming that guy… probably the last time I shaved too as back then I wanted to look older … anyways it’s been a great seven years and I’m so thankful for everyone who helped me get to where I am today!

How credit scores are calculated through this algorithm on a daily basis will always be a mystery to me.

But there are definitely some general concepts to focus on if your goal was to increase your credit scores. And if purchasing a home is a much larger goal of yours, let’s build a game plan on exactly what you need to do it to put yourself in the best position to qualify credit wise.
