It's here! My MAJOR AWARD!!!

So proud to be a Women with Vision 2026 award recipient! Over the years I have worked hard to find my vision. What I have achieved over the last several years is a clear vision as to what I want and how to get it. No longer do I allow others to lead me in the direction they see fit.

That serves their agenda, but ignored my goals. When you're talented in many things people will pick the one thing they like and use it. And when that aligns with your goals and vision, it's a perfect match. When it doesn't, be careful not to get trapped. Announce to the world who you are and what you want.

I am a great loan officer who listens to what is needed and creates the program that serves that need for my clients and referral partners. I am honest and have a high sense of justice. I keep a positive, yet realistic mindset and know that when things get heavy or hard, you trudge through to the end.

Did you know the lender cannot contact the appraiser before an appraisal has been completed?

The purpose to prevent any strong arming and bribery to get the appraiser to appraise it with a certain value.

But don't worry, that doesn't mean you're left alone if a home does under appraise.

We can always do a reconsideration of value with proof there were mistakes or better comps. But again, with everything, we have to have the facts.

Met people I’ll be working with for years.

None of this happened by accident. It came from showing up consistently, even when it’s uncomfortable.
